The Neighboring Fund

The Neighboring Fund exists to help Austin Mustard Seed live out our Guiding Value of Generosity. We believe that all we have is a gift from God, and respond in love for God and our community by offering our gifts back to God. As a community we hope to practically and financially assist those with tangible needs.
 

The Neighboring Fund is intended for special one-time gifts. Part of our regular stewardship is to build up this fund to be used as needed. In addition, we invite those who consider AMS their church home, or others who desire to do so, to make a special offering toward this fund. By doing so as a community we will be better able to meet the needs of those around us, especially as financial burdens grow. 
 

Those who consider Austin Mustard Seed their church home can apply on behalf of themselves or individuals in the Austin area whom they know are in need. All applications will be reviewed by the Stewardship Team who will together make the decision and connect with the applicant regarding the disbursement of any gift. We desire to make wise and generous decisions as they come to our attention. Please contact us to inquire about applying for assistance.
